Whoo Hoo I Remembered

Evening all

Whoo hoo, I remembered.  Am very tired so quite surprised I am still awake.

Right, food for today.

B - ham and cheese omelettes
L - ham and cheese salad
T - fish and salad

Drinks - 2.5 buckets of tea

Exericse - none but I was in a mad rush shopping this morning and fighting in the wind to get shopping into the car, plus the weight lifting of carrying the bags with tins in lol

And yes, I did resist the choccy biccys in the meeting this afternoon :D

Nearly Got Blown Away

Afternoon all

Hope you all have good weather, I nearly got blown away earlier with my shopping.  Forgot again last night to update but I did have a late evening mad rush with daughter at dancing and then when I got home I had to pop out again for a offer on dishwasher tabs.

Anyhoo,

B - peanut butter
L - leftover paprika pork and salad
T - cajun chicken (in breadcrumbs :() with salad

Drinks - 2.5 buckets of tea and 1 pint squash

Exercise - none

Asthma - ok

joints - ok

Got a governors meeting today so must resist the biccys.  Back at some point in the future to update lol

Cant Believe I Forgot Again

Morning all

Second day of listing my meals again and I forgot! :o  Must be old age.....

B - 2 sausages
L - ham salad
T - paprika pork (tinned toms, peas and carrots - yes i did have peas but only a few, in slow cooker with diced porked fried in paprika and an onion) with brocolli

Snacks - none

Drinks - 2 buckets of tea and 1 pint squash

Exercise - none, working and then taking dd to dancing

Joints - ok

Asthma - ok

Forgot breakfast today.  Monday and yesterday I had the sausages in the fridge but today I didnt so I have just had 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter.  Not the best breakfast but at least I have eaten something.  Got the leftover paprika pork with salad for lunch, cant wait, it was delish.  Will try to get back today but its all dependant on my memory! lol

Back on Track

Evening all

So, not managed any exercise today but did a lot of cleaning and running up and down stairs with washing

B - 1 leftover sausage - this is good for me at the moment as not been having breakfast very often
L - leftover pork, chicken, stilton in mayo with salad
T - mince and veg with salad. 

Drinks - 4 buckets of tea and 1 pint water

Exercise - none

Joints - fingers aching a bit but no more than usual, obviously though I want it to be less than usual.

Asthma - ok today

Am stuffed now from tea so wont be doing any exercise tonight, was planning on putting just dance on the wii.  Maybe tomorrow..........

Back Again

Hiya

I hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year.  I certainly did :D

I have put on a few lbs, well, who didnt! :D  I didnt eat bad food, I stuck with low carb, I just ate more of it and had a few choccys and maybe a little bit too much wine!

Back on it now, although still at maintenance level so not lost the weight, but not gained it either.

Will starting posting my meals again as a kick up the backside and get me to lose that half a stone (again).
