Hiya
Another good day, its been sunny and we have walked quite a lot. I have had 25 carbs and really enjoyed my food.
B - strawberries, grapes and greek yogurt
L - ham, chicken and cheese omelette
T- chicken wrapped In bacon covered in cheese with huge salad
I am now having real pork scratchings bought from the weigh shop. They are so nice but I just cant eat the hairy ones, one had more hair than my hubby!!!!!!!! :o
I just hope the bucket of salty pork scratchings wont effect weight loss, they should be carb free. Best stop eating them soon.
