So I weighed. Wish I hadnt. I have put on 6lbs!!!!! I really hope some of that was from bloating, felt like I had a beach ball attached to my belly last night. Must try harder to lose now.
B - fruit salad with greek yogurt
L - picked at some of last nights left overs
T - bbq, I had salad, lots of bbq'd veg, belly pork, bit of beef and bit of turkey.
Hope my belly goes down, my jeans were feeling a bit tight today. Been considering the couch to 5k challenge. Will think about, but have heard good things.
