Must be Strict

Hiya

I have been away and whilst lovely and almost low carb I have a pudding, ok, I had 2 :o

But I am back and really must be stricter with myself.

breakfast - greek yogurt
lunch - ham, tomato, onion and cheese omelette
tea - piri piri chicken with coleslaw and salad

A good food day :D
