Evening all
Friday is film night, so we watched 2 films with the kids. My daughter is a bit poorly and just wanted to snuggle under blanket. Hubby poorly and just snored through the film! lol So I am making sure I am eating lots of veg, taking multi vits with iron, vit c and echinasea. :D
B - omelette
L - chicken, cheese and ham in mayo with salad
T - omelette pizza
Snacks - Just having a bit of milk choc - naughty i know
Drinks - 3 cups of tea, 1 pint squash and having a glass of wine
Exercise - none
Joints - ok
Asthma - ok
Am under my blanket now, as a bit chilly, got my wine, a bit of choc and a film. Perfect evening :D
