Well, what a lovely day. Sunny all day so we took the kids for a walk along the seafront and stopped off so they could have an ice cream (and we had a sneaky beer ;-)) Hopefully it will be the same tomorrow and we can get out again.
B - omelette
L - had breakfast last so nothing
T - chicken and salad
Drinks - 3 buckets of tea and 1 pint lager and later a glass of wine
Joints - ok
Asthma - ok
And on a totally unrelated note, my meerkat arrived today. Its the one I wanted :D
