Evening all
I bought a whoopsie Spanish Chicken the other day. It has 9 carbs per half pack and it was lovely although I wouldnt buy it again unless cheap whoopsie. :D
B - ham and cheese omelette
L - chicken salad
T - spanish chicken with veg
Drinks - endless cups of tea, was freezing
Joints - aching a bit
Asthma - ok
Time to put my onsie, wrap in a blanket and do some crochet I think :D
