Evening all
Popped to shop today, bought a meal deal for £10 with £2 off and then I got another £1.98 price promise. A good shop :D
B - greek yogurt
L - chicken and cheese salad
T - herb and lemon chicken (20 carbs) with salad
Drinks - lots and lots of tea and 1 glass of red
Asthma - was bad earlier after rushing about in the cold
Joints - ok
Might have to go back for another meal deal, although will get something a bit lower carb next time.
