Afternoon all
As the title says, instead of posting on here after tea yesterday I popped to Asda for Easter Eggs and forgot to post.
So for yesterday
B - none
L - none
T - omelette pizza
Drinks - tea and wine
Joints - aching yesterday
Asthma - ok
As you can see I didnt eat much yesterday, was rushing around and didnt have time so it was a fasting day ;-)
