Back on Track

Evening all

Back on track today.  Am so tired though so early night, starting to sleep a bit better again, hopefully it will continue.

B - greek yogurt
L - chicken with cheese in mayo and salad
T - chicken topped with cheese and bacon with salad

Drinks - lots of cups of tea, freezing today

Joints - ok

Asthma - ok

Just before Chirstmas I stopped biting my nails.  Up until this morning I had 10 lovely long nails, 2 broke this morning so have cut them all back. :(  Just need to make sure I dont start biting them again, like I usually do when they break.
