We had pizza last night. And OMG did I feel bloated afterwards, all night and today. Not had anything to eat and really dont want to! :( The kids and hubby are finishing the last of the pizza and after I pick my daughter up from dancing I will have an omelette pizza.
B - nothing
L - nothing
T - omelette pizza
Snacks - nothing
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 pints water
Exercise - none
Joints - ok today
Asthma - felt a bit wheezy when I got up, maybe to do with pizza????????????
So lesson learnt! Even when we have takeaway, I should probably steer clear of it!
Tomorrow is another low carb day :D
