Evening all
Hubby eating an easter egg this evening asked if I wanted some. When I said no, he asked again and again and again and again. Why does he try to make it harder for me.
B - greek yogurt
L - ham and cheese with salad
T - reggae reggae chicken with salad
Drinks - lots of tea
Joints - ok
Asthma - bad again although I think there is a possibility that I forgot to take my inhaler this morning, which would be why.
Getting tired now but I know I will be up early or not sleep if I go to bed now so going to stay up a bit longer until I collapse with exhaustion and then hopefully will sleep tonight.
