I didnt sleep any better last night. Still tired. Football is on tonight so might just sleep though it :D
B - greek yogurt
L - bacon and sausages with cheese and salad
T - mince bolognaise with salad
Drinks - 4 buckets of tea and 1 pint water
Joints - ok
Asthma - ok now that I am remembering to take my inhaler and have upped my dosage
Am stuffed from tea. Wonder if kids will be quiet enough for me to nap now.....
