Well, after my low cal day yesterday, I spent all evening starving. Woke up in night starving. Woke up this morning starving. I just wanted to eat and eat all day. I resisted though.
B - cheese and ham omelette
L - chicken, ham and cheese salad
T - chicken in taco seasoning with salad
Drinks - tea and water
Exercise - walked on school run and walked kids to youth club
Joints - ok
Asthma - ok and i picked up my inhaler yay!
Hubby wants me to pop to shop for wine. I am thinking no!!!!!! I really cant be bothered to go out in the cold and shouldnt drink in the week. So am not going although the thought of glitches and whoopsies is tempting. lol
