I am still not sleeping, just keep waking up in the night so still tired. No point in going to bed early though as I spend the night waking constantly.

L - ham and cheese with salad
T - cottage pie, had peas in it and carrots but I dont think these effect me. Hope not anyway! lol
Drinks - 3 buckets of tea and 1 pint water
Exercise - none
Joints - ok
Asthma - ok
Think I might have to make a cinnamon whoopsie bread thing as the kids had cinnamon pancakes today and they smelt really nice, how I resisted I dont know. lol
Hopefully will get a bit more sleep tonight.
