So, I did my weigh in Monday. Still at 10st 11lbs (been around that since after new year), well, I weighed today and am 10st 7lb. Am quite impressed at that. The problem is I now have 4 days of eating properly to put the weight back on. And not forgetting the weekends wine. I hope it does stay off but we will see.
B - cheese omelette
L - cheese and pate with salad
T - piri piri chicken with huge massive salad
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 1 pint water
Joints - fine
Asthma - fine
Its been absolutly freezing today, am just about warming up now, was sure the weather man said it would start getting warmer now. Ah well, not time to turn the heating off yet.
