Hiya
Had a busy day of shopping and soft play today. Had a pint whilst the kids ran around at soft play, well they deserved it for putting up with shopping and I deserved it for putting up with them shopping! lol
B - yogurt
L - cheese salad
T - chicken salad
Drinks - 2 buckets of tea, 1 pint lager, a glass of wine or 2 later :-D
Joints - ok
Asthma - bad today, dont know why
Right, off to put littlest to bed.
