I made sausage casserole for tea which had high carb veg in it. Even though it wasnt high, high carb, it was still higher than I usually have. Was nice though. :D
B - stilton omelette :D
L - leftover pork and cheese in mayo with lettuce and cucumber (tried to keep as low carb as possible due to tea.)
T - sausage casserole which had green beans, peas, pumpkin, carrot and onion in. I also used a jarred sauce :o so it was pretty high carb. Here is the piccy
And yes, that is 3 sausages! Greedy I know.
Snacks - none
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 pints water
Exercise - none
Joints - ok
Asthma - ok
Must remember to get the gammon out of freezer tonight.
