Crackling....

Evening all

I managed perfect crackling today on our roast pork.  I poured on oil and then rubbed in salt and pepper.  Will be making it like that again (next week ;-) )

B - hm yogurt (although I did cook bacon for my son who is 8 but I didnt have any :o)
L - nothing, had breakfast too late by the time I cooked everyone elses
T - roast pork, broccoli, cauli, small carrot and gravy

Snacks - none

Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 pints water

Exercise - none

Joints - not as clicky today

Athma - ok

Need to start doing more exercise.  I have wii fit plus, zumba and a dance game so I really do have no excuse.  Maybe tomorrow ;-)
