Hiya
Choccys are nearly gone. Might have to force myself to finish the tin tonight just to get them out of the way.
Weigh in - 10st 4lbs (really not as bad as I thought :D )
B - homemade yogurt
L - sausages and salad
T - chicken and salad
Snacks - choccy
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 pints water
Exercise - 2 x 30 mins brisk walk
Joints - clicky
Asthma - ok
Definatly need to get rid of the choccy. Even been feeding it to the kids!
Hopefully back to normal tomorrow.
