Ran Out of Chocolate


All the chocolate is finished :(.  Now to get back on track :).

B - hm yogurt
L - cheese salad
T - ham salad

Snacks - none

drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 pints water

exercise - 2 x 30 mins brisk walk

joints - clicking alot but not aching

asthma - ok today

Feeling very tired today.  An early night is needed I think.
