Shame On Me, I Forgot!

Evening all

So am on so late as I forgot!  I blame it on being tired.  Walked on 3 school runs today as my eldest went to football and it really did tire me out.  I even napped whilst Simpsons was on.

B - hm yogurt
L - cheese salad
T - sausages and veg

Snacks - none

Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 pints water

Exercise - 3 x 30 mins brisk walking the last one wasnt quite as brisk! lol

Joints - thumb is aching

Asthma - fine

I also deep cleaned the kitchen including the oven so I think I should really add that to exercise ;-)
