I resisted the satsumas on Friday. Yay!
B - hm yogurt
L - nothing as had breakfast quite late
T - chorizio burger and salad
Snacks - none
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 glasses of wine
Exercise - none
Joints - very clicky, am think it is the tinned toms I have been having
Asthma - ok
I forgot to the get pork out of the freezer last night again. Good job my oven has a defrost setting as we dont have a microwave any more. :D
