Good Evening
As the title says, I didnt have a weigh in today as I know it will be back from the weekend. So have tried to drink more water and cut down on the cheese.
B - berries with cream
L - leftover pork with salad
T - chicken salad
Snacks - none
drinks - 2 cups of tea and 2 pints water
exercise - none again
joints - bit clicky
asthma - been ok today
I miss cheese :( Hopefully when I get down to my weight (not long now) I can eat as much cheese as I want lol
