I have decided to write a blog on my low carbing and how it is making me feel. Last year I discovered that high carb food played havoc with my asthma. Then a month ago I think I found a link between tomatoes and joint pain whilst I was researching nightshade food for a friend of mine. So rather than write my food diary and then forget (like I have done) I am writing a blog which should motivate me to do it and hopefully it will be interesting to read.
Friday morning I was quite bad with my asthma due to a cough I have had and am still suffering a bit from that so will be starting tomorrow as that will have given the steriods a few days to kick in and hopefully I will be feeling alot better.
