Stupid Illness
I am still not feeling great. But I am managing to eat cheese, ham and salad, just not much.
Hopefully I will try a real tea tonight as we are away. And hoepfully tomorrow I will be back to normal. Thats the plan. :D

Feel Like Poop :(
I am feeling really ill. Not eaten anything today. I think I have caught hubby's man flu. :( So not got anything to post.
Had a few cups of tea but after thinking I was going to throw up earlier I havent had anything.
Fingers crossed I am feeling better tomorrow and my nose no longer resembles Rudolph!!! lol

Really wanted biscuits today.....
Bad cravings today. Wanted biscuits (we have a lot for the xmas period and to take to my sisters), then I wanted sweets as I was making handful of sweets for the kids xmas eve hamper and filled those clear gloves with sweets and choc and then I put all the rest of the sweets and choc in to the fruit bowl (had to throw out the fruit as it was rotten - kids totally stopped eating it, wont even eat the raisens in their lunch boxes at the moment either :() so will let them off a few days of fruit until sweets gone. They are still getting plenty of veg and do have orange juice so a few days wont hurt. And NO, they cant help themselves, they have to finish their tea before they get something out of fruit bowl.

T - omelette pizza (I know, I am fed up of omelettes but I really wanted pizza so this was the best option)

Having a little glass of red this evening. And an early night. I miss the days that I was only getting 5 hours sleep, I seem to need a lot more now. Maybe its because of the cold dark nights. Who knows.

Nearly Forgot Again
I have been cleaning, wrapping presents, crocheting and sewing bobbles today. My fingers are sore and now I have toothache. But enough of my moaning.
B - peanut butter on a spoon (got caught by hubby who was shocked and disgusted by it lol)

Oooppppsss Chicken Kiev was Far Too Many Carbs
I hope you are all staying dry and warm. I had chicken kiev for tea and really wish I hadnt. I knew the carbs would be bad on it but I didnt realise it was 20g carbs per kiev (thankfully I only had the 1!). Ah well, never mind. lol

For the Love of God, No More Omelettes!
So have decided I must stop eating omelettes, getting fed up of them and I feel like I will turn into one soon. lol

Ginger Bread Houses - Got to Resist
We had family after school club today. The kids made gingerbread houses. Well, they didnt make them, they got given the peices and they had to stick them together and decorate them. Here they are

It got to -3.5 today according to my car. I parked the car to pick the kids up and by the time we had been to family club the car had iced up again. Meant to be a lot warmer tomorrow thankfully, I hate scraping ice off the car.

Too Cold for Salad
Its got cold again. Freezing infact, when I got home from work I just wanted something hot, not the salad I had planned to have.

L - tin toms heated with ham and cheese and very nice and warming it was too
T - mince and veg with salad (heating had come on by then and it was lovely and warm in house lol)

Drinks - 4 cups of tea and 1 pint of water
Exercise - none, not even much cleaning which could be why I was so cold

I didnt have anything else to eat last night, just stopped being hungry. I am hungry now, but way to late to eat. Might go to bed in a min just to make sure I dont eat. :D Think I need to make sure I am getting enough fat in my meals as I dont normally get hungry in evening. Having chorizio burgers for tea tomorrow, lots of fat in them I am sure! lol

Peanut Butter is Now a Meal......
Another hectic day. Although I didnt think I would get home for lunch today, between work and kids nativity but I did, and yes, I do count peanut butter on a spoon as a meal! :D

House of Germs
My daughter is still ill, had today off school. Hubby also ill, I have a little cold, my youngest has a blocked nose and my eldest just ate 5 satsumas so he wont get it! lol Hopefully we will all be ok tomorrow as I have to work and my daughter and youngest are in their school nativity tomorrow.

Yay! Got Mince :D
So, 10am this morning I went to Lidl. Got there are 10.05am and got my 6 packs of half price mince. By 10.10am it had all gone again. :o

I do like chicken nuggets
My daughter is still ill. She couldnt even manage her tea today which was chicken nuggets so i had to eat them. Although a few hours earlier she was bounding around perfectly find at a xmas party. lol

Film Night
Friday is film night, so we watched 2 films with the kids. My daughter is a bit poorly and just wanted to snuggle under blanket. Hubby poorly and just snored through the film! lol So I am making sure I am eating lots of veg, taking multi vits with iron, vit c and echinasea. :D

Scared to eat :(
So, after eating the sausages yesterday I was ok BUT I was so scared to eat today just in case the pain came back and as I was at work I really couldnt handle it. After work I had to do xmas shopping and then a school governors meeting so not eaten except for tea. Really bad I know, and I WILL do better tomorrow.

Can a Chip Really Cause So Much Pain??????
Gosh, I have a lot of catching up to do. We went to visit family for the weekend and Friday night I had chips. I have spent the rest of the weekend with really bad stomache pain and only now started to feel ok. Could the chips have caused it?
Friday:
B - omelette
L - ham and salad
T - battered sausage and chips (was forced into it - more fool me for letting them)
I also have a few beers.
My asthma was bad this evening.
Saturday:
B - bacon and egg
L - steak and salad
T - KFC - i had the chicken and coleslaw
I had 1 pint and 2 glasses of wine
My asthma was bad all day.
Sunday:
I ate roast chicken with mayo for lunch and that was all I could manage due to the pain.
Today:
B - nothing, still in pain
L - nothing, still in pain
T - 3 sausages, pain almost gone now
Drinks - tea and water
Joints - ok
Asthma - ok
So even though I had a brilliant weekend, I have been in quite a lot of pain and the chips certainly were not worth it.

OMG How Much Tax??????????
Ok, so I may have mentioned my job. I only work a few hours a day a few days week. So this month I earnt a total of £221 (in job B) which I have already spent on Chirstmas presents and needed to pay back into bill account. Well, the F***ing B******* took £75 basic rate tax :o As you can tell, I may be a little bit peeved at that! All because I am also earning £16 a week in job A! WTF!!!!!!
B - nothing - too friggin' angry to eat
L - nothing, by the time I sorted out the sodding inland revenue it was too late and was too angry
T - omelette pizza

Too Much To Do, Too Little Time
Need to be quick, got to put kids to bed then do the 2 huge piles of ironing plus what is hung up on radiators :o

Burger King mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Its teacher training day today so after making the kids 'help' me decide which new glasses to get which took 2 hours I treated them to burger king. I had a voucher for a free meal so had the double bacon cheeseburger without the bun and fries (kids helped with the fries).

Off Galavanting Again
Well, I have been away for the weekend at my sisters. I was good but I did have some of my neices home made choc birthday cake (twice). :D

Oh No, Fav Wine on Offer
How hectic was I yesterday. Work then cleaning, then pick kids up from school, then homework and reading, then pick my eldest up from football, then tea, then take my daughter to dancing, then I popped to Asda to see if they sold break light lightbulbs, then pick my daughter up then home to collapse. They didnt sell them but the car magically fixed itself overnight but they have reduced my fav wine to £4 a bottle. Well, if its still that price next week I will have to get some (lots) :D

I broke my glasses last night, so hubby kindly superglued them last night for me. They are still fixed! Yay, but I have found a website that sells them for £10 delivered or Tesco does them for £15. I think I will probably go with tesco because I can try them on and I dont need to do any measurements for them. :D

That Bloated Feeling
We had pizza last night. And OMG did I feel bloated afterwards, all night and today. Not had anything to eat and really dont want to! :( The kids and hubby are finishing the last of the pizza and after I pick my daughter up from dancing I will have an omelette pizza.

Takeaway - naughty naughty naughty
So I am posting early as I know we are having takeaway tonight. Its hubbys birthday so leaving it up to him. So we will be having either chinese (I will have meat and veg) or pizza. Even though I want to be good, I really want a real pizza! lol

Need to Make Sure I Eat
Getting into the bad habbit of skipping meals now. I know I shouldnt and today I really had no excuse but after making the kids their pancakes, I just wanted to sit down with my cup of tea and have a quick look on line in peace. Then because I didnt eat breakfast, I didnt want lunch which again, stupid. But I did have a good tea. I HAVE to have breakfast tomorrow as working and I hate working when hungry.

T - roast chicken, broccoli, carrot, gravy and then I had a slice of hubby's pre birthday cake (dont ask!) lemon drizzle, was nice. Tomorrow he has his actual birthday cake that is choc but will try to resist that I think, cos if I go down that road..............

Another Bad Day with Food :(
I have had yet another bad with food. Again I didnt eat breakfast. I need to find something that I can eat easily on a morning. Tomorrow will be ok, I have an extra chorizio burger that I will have with a fried egg in the morning. Maybe I should batch cook some burgers for the mornings. :D

Ok, 2 days, I know! But I am still struggling with time. Even hubby did the hoovering! :o And I only work mornings. Imagine if I worked full time!

How Do They Do It?
Ok, totally off topic. But as you may have noticed I am now working more. I went from the occasional few hours a week to 3 mornings a week to this week and next working every morning. Whilst I am pleased I am working, I am struggling to get other stuff done. By the time I get home from work, have some lunch (when I have time) I can only get 1 or 2 things done. Today, I finished at 12.45 so by the time I popped in to my mates to pick a few things up, shopping then home, I had to walk up school. I really need to get more organised. So this weekend I am going to try to clean the whole house and then will only have basic cleaning next week. Plan A! lol

Snacks - hand full of pumpkin seeds (yes, the same ones from halloween so probably very dodgy!)

I am not sleeping well again, maybe because I have upped my tea. I did have to stop drinking it years ago as it was effecting my sleep, then I had 1 and then a few but only before midday but now I drink it all day. Might try cutting back, I did say might! :P

Where was the cracking???????
We had roast pork for tea today but it had very little crackling. To say I was dissapointed was an understatement! :(

I feel like I am constantly eating omelettes at the moment. Twice today infact.

Mmmmmm Homemade Coleslaw
Feel like I am coming down with a cold. I hope not. :(

T - mince, tinned toms, celery, onion, herbs with homemade coleslaw. I got the receipe from a lovely lady on mse and it is very nice. I will be making this a lot. I may even add double cream if I remember to buy it!

Aching fingers and clicking wrists :(
So, my fingers are aching and my wrists are clicking. This means I really do need to STOP eating raw tomatoes. I think I have prooved that they have an effect on me. :(

Need Sleep...
I feel like I havent stopped all day. But now that I am sat down I am falling asleep. :o Kids in bed, Enders on catch up then bed I think.

Aaaarrrrrgggghhhh No Eggs
I am in panic mode, I have run out of eggs. I cant get any more until Wednesday when I go to the butchers so what am I going to have for breakfast tomorrow? :o I suppose I could have steaklettes and tinned toms but I was really enjoying my stilton omelettes. Ah well.

Back From The Lodge
We are now home from the lodge. It was a really nice weekend, lots of nice food and I even won a prize for my dancing :D

No Carb!! :(

I Love Halloween
This is my mantle this evening. I just love halloween.
We dont go trick or treating but did go to a party this afternoon in a pub where they had lots of creepy crawlies and gave out an endless supply of sweets. My kids were majorly sugared up, but I resisted - Yay - go me!

Bit of a High Carb Day
I made sausage casserole for tea which had high carb veg in it. Even though it wasnt high, high carb, it was still higher than I usually have. Was nice though. :D
B - stilton omelette :D
L - leftover pork and cheese in mayo with lettuce and cucumber (tried to keep as low carb as possible due to tea.)
T - sausage casserole which had green beans, peas, pumpkin, carrot and onion in. I also used a jarred sauce :o so it was pretty high carb. Here is the piccy
And yes, that is 3 sausages! Greedy I know.

3 Square Meals - Back to normal :D
Had a really good day food wise today. Feel a bit stuffed now, but could not stop eating crackling! :D
B - cheese omelette, very dissapointing after stilton so stilton now in fridge ready for tomorrow
L - avodaco, ham and cheese in mayo with salad. It looked so nice I took a photo
T - Roast pork (with crackling - oh yes! :D), green beans, cabbage and carrots. I am allowing myself carrots a few times a week. But other than that still sticking with what I have been doing and see how that goes.
Snacks - none
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 2 pints water
Exercise - does rushing around all day count? lol
Joints - aching, i need to cut out tomatoes again :(
Asthma - still not quite right after last night but no bad either - makes no sense i know
Feel so much better when I know I have eaten 3 meals a day, as yogurt for breakfast and nothing until tea really isnt enough, I know that, but still do it. And I did enjoy my lunch today.
Tomorrow we are carving 3 pumpkins so I will have the seeds and flesh to make pumpkin soup out of and the seeds will need to dry over night and then be baked for 20 mins for a snack. Maybe that will be good for when I dont have time to eat lunch. Or I could crush them up and put them on my salads! :D Must try different seasoned ones as well. Might have to buy more pumpkins........

Back to usual.....
Back to posting in the evening. My mind must be working again :P

I Love Lamb
I got lucky the other day, I managed to get 4 lamb chops reduced from £8 to £2 so as I forgot to get the chicken out of the freezer last night we had these instead. Very nice! Must do better at remembering stuff. Wonder if its a side effect of low carb or just plain old, old age!

Crackling....
I managed perfect crackling today on our roast pork. I poured on oil and then rubbed in salt and pepper. Will be making it like that again (next week ;-) )

Dont Want Choc but I do Want a Satsuma
When I was little I remember my mum always bought a huge box of satsumas from local greengrocer at Christmas. Well, I went shopping today and they had the little packs of satsumas so I got one for my kids as easy to peel in packed lunches. Now I really want a satsuma!

L - nothing, by the time i finished work, handed in timesheet and popped round to see a mate, I had to pop to shop and then pick up kids, then homework.

Soft Play for Adults......
My bad, I completely forgot yesterday, worked in morning and then with dd at dancing I was a tad tired! So much so that I actually slept until my alarm went off this morning! :o

Exercise - well, we had a creshe in a soft play so for 2 hours I was in soft play with little kids so obviously I couldnt just let them go round themselves so I had to as well. So I was in the ball pit (real ball pit, not just a layer of balls, you could burry yourself in this one, sadly that also meant I got stuck) and round the soft play, up the ladder, down the slide (fast slide) and then through the rollers that I to dive through and past the hanging things that the kids liked to push at me! And do it again! lol Excellent fun, and my legs are aching so if they every invent a soft play for adults as it is a lot more fun than the gym I will be there! :D

Wants Tomatoes
So, its been a while since I have had any raw tomatoes. I love tomatoes and am missing them. Considering my fingers dont ache like they used to I am wondering if I could introduce tomatoes back into my diet. I am still having the occasional tinned toms (like today) but would like to add some to my salads again. Might try next week.

Proud Mummy Moment
I know this is carb based blog but my eldest son brought home a letter today from school saying he was on the gifted and talented register for reading (he was reading harry potter at 5! :o) and numeracy. How proud am I! :D Now do I celebrate with a gert big bar of choccy or and even bigger bar of choccy.... joking! honest! lol

Friday again, still not sleeping properly. We have our bed infront of the radiator so when I wake up and want to know if I will be getting up soon (so is it worth me trying to go back to sleep) rather than sit up and look at my alarm clock, I put my hand through the back of the bed and touch the radiator, if cold I can go back to sleep. I seem to have done this a lot this week.

Went to the Butchers Today
I have stocked up on meat! Went to my butchers today and spent £56 on
Potatoes (cant stop hubby and the kids eating them, got at least a months worth)
36 eggs
2 x bacon shanks (doubled in price since i last went :o )
8 chorizio burers
4 spicy half pound burgers
8 usa burgers
3 minted lamb chops
back of bacon
3 x chickens
huge shoulder of pork cut into 3
leg of lamb
2 x gammon joints
14 normal sausages
This should keep me going for a month! lol And then when taking something back to A$da I got 4 lamb chops reduced from £8 to £2! Freezer jam packed with meat and still a bit of veg. :D Not got much money now so my meals wont have as much veg/salad as usual. But will see how it goes. I really need lidl to have mince on their half price weekend deals soon! lol

Choccy, Choccy and More Choccy
So, its my 12 year wedding anniversary. Wow, 12 years! I had work this morning (I love my new job), then visited my friend and then went shopping for wine for tonight. Whilst in a particular supermarket I spotted Gentleman Jack that hubby has spoken about on several occasions on offer so got it for him. Well, I have worked 2 mornings this week that were unplanned so will have extra money and hubby is a very happy man. (so hopefully less moaning for a few days at least lol). Hubby gave me the tin of roses, and yes I have eaten far too many. And yes I am drinking wine and yes we had takeaway.
B - homemade choccy yogurt (not the best but quick and easy and dd wanted me to make it)
L - nothing, didnt get time
T - parmo (could have been worse, could have had pizza, infact wish I had as that is the worst parmo I have ever had - not really had that many, only moved 'up north' 5 years ago but still not the best!)

It May Have Taken 12 Years......
Anyone that tells you, you cant change a man is wrong! Tomorrow will be our 12 year aniversary and as we dont have much money I told him not to buy me anything. Asthma - ok
So, tomorrow is likely to be a rather wine & choccy evening. I doubt very much I will be weighing tomorrow morning! Which I dont mind as I still remember the days of weighing every time I went to the loo. So its nice that I am not weighing all the time. Although maybe nice to weigh so see how much damage I have done so I get back on track properly. Must weigh Monday. Naught tomorrow, good rest of weekend and weigh in Monday - Plan A!

Mmmmmm Camembert
I popped to Lidl earlier and got whoopsie Camembert. So do I cook it and dip celery/cucumber in it or should I just eat it! My cutting down on cheese was going so well up to now as well.....
B - nothing, forgot as rushing around sorting kids
L - sardines with salad
T - sausages with veg

Drinks - 3 cups of tea 1 pint of water
Exercise - none
Joints - very clicky especially my knees
Asthma - ok
After getting the job yesterday, I am starting tomorrow so will probably be even more disorganised lol. Must remember to have an early night. :D

Real Chip Shop Chips - Naughty but Nice
Another naughty day but it was for real chip shop chips and I cant even remember the last time I had any so a definate treat. And now I have a glass of red. In my defence I have just been offered a job. My first interview for 8 years and I got it, I am so pleased so am having a little treat. And yes, I know the treat should be none food but wine is none food! lol
B - berries and cream
L - pork with salad
T - gammon (i did start out planning to be good) and real chips with scrumps (should have seen the look on their face when I asked for scumps as they are apparently called scraps round here)
Snacks - none
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 1 glass of wine
Exercise - does jumping up and down shouting i have a job on the school playing field when I got the phone call count???????????????????????????? lol
Joints - fine
Asthma - bit funny just before interview but I think that was nerves and chest feels a bit tight now
Looks like I will be too scared to weigh on Friday as well this week!

Too Scared to Weigh!
As the title says, I didnt have a weigh in today as I know it will be back from the weekend. So have tried to drink more water and cut down on the cheese.

Oh Good Grief, I Forgot :O
Just realised I hadnt posted today. How late am I!!!!!!! In my defence it is kids bath night (they usually jump in before school or have shower before school but sunday night is always bathnight) and then X-Factor. And its only because I just said no to a snickers that I remembered! How bad am I.
B - frozen berries with cream mashed together - really nice but hurt my teeth
L - cheese salad
T - roast pork, cabbage, tiny bit of parsnip, carrot and gravy
snacks - none
drinks - 3 cups of tea, wkd blue that was in the fridge and I am sick of seeing it so drank it, it is so sweet and am glad its gone (it was given to me by my sister clearing out her alcohol and very grateful I am too especially for the vodka and sheridons :D )
exercise - none
joints - bit clicky but not hurting (not had tomatoes for a few days)
asthma - ok today
Am thinking I may not weigh tomorrow after the weekend of pizza. Will decide in morning.

Oooppsss I did it again..
Ok, so another day with pizza, but it was leftover and I couldnt leave it or chuck it out and no one else would eat it cos I have mine a bit too spicy for everyone else!

Ooooppppsssss
I have been naughty. Again. Had pizza for tea. Ah well, I didnt eat a whole one and I put it down to not eating lunch. As the hole is fixed I have been trying to get a bit of organisation back to the house so didnt stop for much today.

Asthma - seems to be ok even after all the dust this morning and pizza this evening
I was trying on some clothes earlier. Work clothes, pre kids stuff. And I still fit 1 jacket and 2 pairs of trousers. I can get on and nearly fit 2 suits, lots of skirts and loads of trousers. :D Hopefully I will be able to get into them again soon. And yes, I know that means no more pizza! lol Well, except for the leftovers tomorrow ;)

A Cheeky Beer Anyone?
Another busy day here, was in a Safeguarding course until 1.30pm, then home to sort a few things then pick up kids then a bit of shopping. So not had time to drink much.

L - ham and cheese salad (i did get the berries out this morning but still frozen by lunch time)

Asthma - ok, might reduce my inhaler down and see if still ok
Our floor is finally finished. When I say finished, we still have to buy the underlay and laminate or whatever is going down. But it is safe, no holes for kids to jump in and they fixed the crumbling wall. So alls good! And no more draughts! :D

Want to eat and eat and eat
Hiya
I really want to eat. I am not hungry but I just want to eat. Doesnt help that I have made jam tarts and smartie cookie cake for the kids for snacks and lunch boxes and I ate 1 smartie, I think thats what set me off. Ha, more like I am just a pig and trying to use it as an excuse.
B - nothing, still feeling full of cold and couldnt forse myself to eat
L - ham and cheese salad
T - roast chicken with sausagemeat/sage/onion balls and cabbage with gravy
snacks - none
drinks - 3 cups of tea and 1 pint water
exercise - cleaning
joints - bit clicky but not aching
asthma - ok
I felt like having sugar in my tea today so I had 2 like I used to and had to throw it away. Then I tried 1 and sitll, too sweet so back to no sugar. Maybe tomorrow if I feel like it I will have 1/2 teaspoon?????
I really hope I feel better tomorrow, and it stops raining, the garden is flooded and poor Rex refuses to leave the house for his walk.

Wet and Windy Day
It has been a wet and windy day today. Not very nice at all. And dark. I dont like walking Rex in the dark so need to start planning my day a bit better to take him after the school run. Of course may still need to get up early and put up with the dark on days I work which, at the moment, is only on a Monday.
Weigh in: 10st 5lbs (put on 2lbs - damn that beer! lol)
B - omelette
L - ham and cheese salad
T - gammon with salad (forget to get the chicken out of freezer last night)
Drinks - 2 cups of tea and 1 pint water
Exercise - 20 min walk in rain :(
Joints - not too bad today
Asthma - fine today
So I had a 2lb weight gain. Hopefully it was from the beer/wine and maybe even a bit of bloatedness so hopefully will be gone by Friday. Got a day of mad cleaning to do tomorrow so that should burn more fat. :D

Day 18
It has been a miserable day today, wet and horrible. Was not impressed on my walk this morning. I had to slightly cut the walk short as there was another dog and as my dog has LDS (little dog sydrome) and barks at every other dog it sees I decided to turn around, and it was raining so didnt really need much of an excuse.

Day 17
Not stopped today. Feeling quite tired now. Anyhoo....
B - homemade yoghurt
L - steaklettes with cheese on a bed of salad and baby spinache leaves
T - low carb toad in the hole with 1 carrot and cabbage. I made the toad in the hole by mixing egg and milk for the 'real' one and poured around 50ml into a seperate container, to that I added 3 tablespoons of ground almonds. I put it in fridge and when I got it out it was thick so I added water. I cooked for 20 mins. And here it is.

Whoo Hoo
Well, we had some good news today. 'The hole' in our floor is going to be fixed end of next week. Am so pleased especially as its letting in water and cold due to the brickwork falling apart. So I went and got a bottle of wine to celebrate. Naughty I know, but it is chardonnay so not as bad as a sweet one. :D
B - homemade yogurt
L - bacon, 2 fried eggs, 1 fried tomato and 1 fried large mushroom covered in cheese
T - gammon with huge salad. Too much salad, am totally stuffed now. The cheese is mexicano (got it whoopsied) and very nice.

Day 15
Still not cheating. Just watching hubby eat whatever he wants and drink whatever he wants. But I have stayed strong! Go me!!!! :D

T - mince (mince with tinned toms, celery, onion, pepper) with salad and baby spinache. As you can see I put far too much cheese on.
Snacks - none
Drinks - 2 cups of tea and 3 pints water
Exercise - 35 min brisk walk and running around busy all day
Joints - my thumb has been really aching today, not sure if its all the tomatoes I ate over the weekend or if its because its a bit chilly
Asthma - still fine :D

Cant Beat a Bit of Crackling
Quiet day today, watched the kids and hubby stuff their faces with sweets while we watched a film this afternoon. I did buy some almonds to have but decided that as I wasnt hungry I wouldnt eat them. :D
B - same as yesterday
L - a few dairylea triangles (still full from breakfast again)
T - roast pork with loads of crackling, cabbage, carrot and parsnip with gravy. It is higher carb than I would usually have as I dont have parsnips and only have carrot if it is in the bags of salad I buy. And it was bloody lovely!
Snacks - none
Drinks - 2 cups of tea and 3 pints water
Exercise - none
Joints - fingers a bit clicky today (might try a few days off tomatoes again)
Asthma - been fine today
I woke up stupidly early again at 5am and just dozed on and off until the kids woke up at 8. I am definatly sleeping better (before 5am) and feeling a lot more energic during the day.

And You Call Me Unhealthy.........
As you can see from my posts that I do eat a fair bit of veg and salad. Last night my husband commented that low carb is just not healthy. Uuuurrrmmmmm his normal daily food is cereal for breakfast, cheese sandwich and crisps for lunch and meat, chips and salad (forced to eat it) for tea, then when kids in bed he will eat chocolate and crisps. And I am unhealthy!!!!!!!!! Especially as he said this last night after eating pepperoni pizza so NO veg at all yesterday. So, really, who is the unhealthy one?
Anyway...
B - bacon, fried egg, cherry tomatoes and mushroom with stilton on top. Here is a picture (the egg is black as I used the frying pan after making the kids pancakes this morning)

Drinks - 2 cups of tea and 2 pints of water
Exercise - none
Joints - aching fingers, wonder if it because I have eaten tomatoes over last few days.
Asthma - been ok today
I had my wine last night and not got a clue what time I went to bed but I was awake at 7.30am so got up. I like getting up early on a weekend as it means I can get to Lidl before their offers sell out! lol
I did have a bit of a wobble last night. Got as far as opening fridge before thinking 'I am not even hungry so why am I looking for food'. I then shut the fridge door and went back to my wine. :D

Confession Time
A confession. I had a glass of wine last night, ok it was 2. And I will be having a glass of wine tonight, ok, will be at least 2! I also havent eaten enough veg today or drank enough water so not the best day but again, not actually cheated (wine doesnt count! lol)
Weigh in - 10st 4lbs (2lbs loss since Monday - whoo hoo)
B - homemade yoghurt
L - ham and cheese
T - omelette pizza topped with tinned toms, cheddar, onion, home grown pepper (sadly not grown by me but I have been given the plant so hopefully I can keep it alive), ham, pepperoni, stilton and mozerella. I love stilton on pizza, makes it really tasty. I took the picture before taking it off the pan today as I knew it would get a bit demolished in the process and i was right.
Snacks - none
Drinks - 3 cups of tea and 1 pint of water
Exercise - 30 minute brisk walk
Joints - fine today
Asthma - thats been ok today as well :D
We ended up watching a film last night so didnt get to bed until 12.30am! I woke up at 5am :o But did go back to sleep, phew. And I have not been tired at all today, still got lots of energy, did have earlier anyway! :P
